Controlling Stage Fright

Overcoming Stage Fright, Nervous Habits, and TV Jitters

We are born with two basic fears; fear of public speaking is not one of them. It is an acquired fear – a learned response, and one we acquire as a result of conditioning. Therefore, any “learned fear” can also be unlearned, if you will.

Our therapeutic approach to overcoming stage fright has been designed by a licensed psychotherapist. Our program helps clients assess fears and insecurities, and then replace them with confidence-building tools leading to more confident, effective and dynamic presentations.

We realize many people have a basic fear and even a mistrust of the media. Many are reluctant, at best, and terrified, at worst, to submit to a media interview, or give a presentation before a group – even on a subject they know well.

Our approach alleviates fear and insecurity and replaces it with a new sense of confidence. We also teach you how to get rid of those pesky nervous habits and twitches.

You CAN do it

- It’s just a matter of conditioning

Become a more confident presenter, filled with poise and a sense of well-being in your next media interview or public speaking event. After all, the ability to communicate confidently and effectively is one of the greatest assets we can possess.
